What is PCANEWS.COM?

PCANEWS.COM is the official web magazine of the Presbyterian Church in America.

Its mission is to communicate news, features, reports and opinions of interest to the more than 300,000 members and friends of the congregations in the PCA and to anyone interested in learning more about us.

How often will new material appear on the site?

News will be posted as frequently as six days a week. The easiest way to keep up-to-date is to register to get a free weekly email message that tells you what’s new on the site.

It’s here: www.pcanet.org. If you’re looking for information about the Presbyterian Church in America, this is a good place to start.

Who operates PCANEWS.COM?

The Administrative Committee of the Presbyterian Church in America publishes PCANEWS.COM. That group is charged with providing news service for the denomination.

PCANEWS.COM’s editor, Dr. Dominic Aquila, also serves as the official news officer of the PCA.

How does advertising in PCANEWS.COM work?

There are two different types of advertising on the site:

The Marketplace Section contains classified advertising, as well as display ads in banners and buttons. Anyone may advertise here, subject to normal editorial control over content. The PCA makes no judgment as to the consistency of Biblical truth of any product advertised for sale in this section.

Only advertisers approved by the Administrative Committee of the PCA are authorized to advertise on the other pages of the PCANEWS.COM and in weekly e-mail updates sent to registered site visitors.

As of the launch date of the magazine, about 200 agencies, ministries and businesses are on the approved advertiser list.

To apply to become an approved advertiser, submit an application to the PCA Administrative Committee.
